The Survey Department: it undertakes determining the axial lines of the roads and taking the natural ground levels, the substratum, contour lines, etc. The Quality Control and Laboratories Section: it undertakes the selection of materials for the substratum and layer The foundation is tested according to the approved specifications and soil tests and other field tests are carried out to ensure that the best possible quality of work is achieved. The Earthworks Department undertakes excavation and filling works, excavating rocks and rock layers by blasting, and throwing substratum materials and sub-base layers. Execution Section: Carries out road implementation works according to approved designs and specifications.
