The scope of the department’s services includes the study and implementation of projects. Preparing technical offers and handling all matters related to water and wastewater works within the contracts of Haif Company, including preparation of designs and executive plans, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater networks, follow-up and coordination of project implementation activities and other related requirements.
Constructions
With the start of the work of Sarh Al-Manama Company, which is the department concerned with structural constructions for buildings of all kinds: villas, palaces, residential complexes, housing projects, hotels, commercial, educational, health, agricultural, industrial and other constructions according to Saudi standards with the highest quality and efficiency.
Infrastructure
With the start of the work of Sarh Al-Manama Company, the Infrastructure Works Department was established, which is the focus of the company's business and the mainstay of its activities since the start of its career. It is the department concerned with infrastructure works. The department has been able to complete giant projects in all different fields.
Road works
The Roads Department is the department specialized in planning, designing and implementing road networks related to projects. It was approved as a specialized department after the road works were carried out by the general contracting sector, where a specialized advanced department was created to provide its services.
Rock fragmentation
The department was established recently, in order to meet the requirements of the company's projects and expand the scope of its services and products, as the department efficiently carries out large and technically complex rock breaking works such as trenches, tunnels, crushers, dams, road networks and ground settlements
